1. If the user has an account in LottieFiles and wants to join the marketplace, does the user has to create a separate account in Iconscout?

• Yes, during this migration process, you will need to create a separate account on Iconscout using the same email address that you used on LottieFiles. As you are already a contributor on LottieFiles, we will fasten your migration process. The link to become a contributor on Iconscout is given below.
• There are 2 cases as follows:
  • If you have public animations on LottieFiles, you don't need to do anything, as this process is only applicable to premium animations.
  • If you are selling your assets as Marketplace (premium) animations on LottieFiles, you can fill the form provided below to migrate your assets automatically to Iconscout with all your account details.

1. If the LottieFiles user already has a separate account in Iconscout, how will the process going to be?

• If you already have an account on Iconscout and, if your account is accepted, you can start uploading your assets on Iconscout. We have a dedicated Content team that'll curate all your assets and make them live on Iconscout.

1. Are my assets available only to Iconscout or on both platforms?

• Your assets will be available on both platforms. Users can find your assets on both platforms, this will help you increase your earnings as new LottieFiles users will also view your animations and will be redirected to Iconscout to purchase them.
• All the marketplace actions like, sales, payout, upload, etc. will be handled by Iconscout and you can view your details on the Iconscout Contributor dashboard.

1. Why am I being moved out from the LottieFiles marketplace to the Iconscout marketplace?

• As you know, LottieFiles acquired Iconscout recently and, both platforms are together now. You are not being moved out from LottieFiles, instead, we are providing you an opportunity to earn more by adding your assets on Iconscout along with LottieFiles. Once your assets are migrated, they'll be displayed on both platforms.

1. What is royalty distribution at Iconscout?

• Iconscout has a subscription model. You'll get 70% earnings for the asset that is being sold under our All Access subscription. Whenever your assets are downloaded, they will show under Pro Downloads in the sales analytics. 1. How does Payout work after migration?

• Your payouts will be handled by the Iconscout team and you can request payout anytime by going to the Payout section of your contributor dashboard. Currently, we support PayPal as our primary payout method. For countries where PayPal is not supported, we will work with you to find suitable payout methods like Payoneer, Wire Transfer, etc.

1. Is there any fee deduction when requesting a withdrawal/ payout?

• Yes, there could be fee deductions based on the payment provider you select.

1. Once the transition is complete, will my files be deleted from LottieFiles?

• Yes, only your premium animations will be deleted from LottieFiles. Your animations will be sold on Iconscout, and on the LottieFiles, we will showcase your animations in search, on your public profile, and other places so that you can earn more.

1. What If I do not agree to migrate my assets to Iconscout?
